that have equally high aims. One of the world's leading holiday
companies chose AmWorld as their partner to provide B2B and B2C services.
The requirement was to store product lines and distribute them to both
offices and potential customers throughout the world. This combination of
mail-outs, courier and freight services was the simple aspect of this
project. The complexity came in the creation of integrated systems between
the clients head office in the USA, the UK call centre, and direct requests
from offices.
To solve this issue we created
web based solutions that incorporated our clients identity creating
cross-system invisibility. Databases were developed that sent and
received requests by secure means to maintain synchronicity of systems, and
linked to our shipping systems enabling full reporting capabilities.
