Our core network is based upon Cisco Systems technology, and applications driven by Digital Alpha and HP servers. We have full SLA agreements with our internet providers guaranteeing 99.9995% uptime and a 24/7 IT support department.

In addition to the above, and as a responsible company we are also members of FAST (Federation Against Software Theft), this means our systems are regularly audited and all software installed is fully licensed and therefore supported.
